Sacred Legacy Builders Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") govern participation in the Sacred Legacy Builders Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By purchasing you ("Affiliate") agree to comply with these terms.

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

1.1. To become an Affiliate, you must submit an application. Approval is at our sole discretion. You must be in the class that is being promoted.

1.2. You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

1.3. Affiliates must follow ethical marketing practices and comply with all applicable laws.

2. Commission & Payouts

2.1. Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a one-time 10% commission on all qualified referrals.
2.2. Payout Schedule: Payments are made monthly.
2.3. Payment Method: Payments are issued via PayPal only. No other payment method is supported. Affiliates must provide a valid PayPal email address at the time of signup.
2.4. Cookie Duration: The referral tracking cookie lasts 30 days from the initial click. Purchases made within this period will be credited to the referring Affiliate.
2.5. Refunds & Cancellations: If a customer requests a refund or cancels their purchase, the Affiliate forfeits the commission for that sale.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities & Restrictions

3.1. Ethical Marketing: Affiliates must accurately represent Sacred Legacy Builders Programs and its offerings without making misleading claims.
3.2. Compliance with FTC & Advertising Laws: Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting Sacred Legacy Builders Program.
3.3. No Paid Ads on Brand Name: Affiliates may not bid on Sacred Legacy Builders Program or any variations of our brand name in paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
3.4. Prohibited Marketing Practices: No spam, coupon site promotions, unauthorized discounts, or deceptive practices are allowed.
3.5. No Self-Referrals: Affiliates may not use their own referral link for personal purchases.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. Limited License: Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our promotional materials.
4.2. No Modifications: Affiliates may not alter Sacred Legacy Builders Program logos, trademarks, or copyrighted materials.

5. Termination

5.1. Termination by Either Party: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause.
5.2. Termination for Violation: Affiliates violating these terms may have their accounts terminated and commissions forfeited.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

6.1. No Guarantee of Earnings: Participation in the Program does not guarantee earnings.
6.2. Independent Contractor Status: Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees or representatives of Sacred Legacy Builders.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Kansas.

8. Amendments & Modifications

Sacred Legacy Builders reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue this Affiliate Program and its terms at any time. Continued participation after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
